If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to stop it before it’s dispatched.

Our warehouse team starts processing orders right away to get them to you quickly, so there’s only a short window to cancel. Once your order has been packed and shipped, we’re unable to stop it — but you can still return it to us for a refund once it arrives.
