If you’d like to cancel your subscription, it’s quick and straightforward to do online — and you can rejoin anytime.

To cancel your subscription:

1. Log in to your account.

2. Select ‘My subscriptions’ on the left-hand side to view all your active subscriptions.

3. Choose the subscription you’d like to manage.

4. On the right-hand side, click ‘Cancel my subscription’.

5. A pop-up will appear asking why you’d like to cancel — simply complete this and confirm your cancellation.

6. To double-check, go back to ‘My subscriptions’ and you’ll see the subscription marked as cancelled.

Changed your mind? You can restart your subscription anytime from where you left off. Just go to ‘My subscriptions’, find the one you’d like to restart, and click ‘Reactivate my subscription’.
