How do I change the date of my next subscription delivery?Updated a month ago

Need your next collectible to arrive a little earlier or later? No problem — you can easily adjust the date of any upcoming delivery.

To reschedule a delivery:

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Click ‘My subscriptions’ on the left-hand side.

  3. Choose the subscription you’d like to update.

  4. In the Billing schedule section, you’ll see all the upcoming delivery dates for your subscription.

  5. Find the delivery you’d like to move and click ‘Reschedule’.

  6. Select your new date and save your changes.

This will only change that specific delivery. If you need to adjust more than one, simply repeat the process for each delivery.
