How do I pause or skip a subscription delivery?Updated a month ago

We know life gets busy — so our subscriptions are designed to be flexible. You can easily pause or skip a delivery whenever you need to.

To skip your next delivery :

1. Log in to your account

2. Click ‘My subscriptions’ on the left-hand side

3. Select the subscription you’d like to skip a delivery of

4. Find the upcoming delivery and click ‘Skip payment’ — this will skip that delivery and move your subscription to the next delivery date shown

To pause your subscription:

1. Log in to your account

2. Click ‘My subscriptions’

3. Select the subscription you’d like to pause

4. Click ‘Pause my subscription’ — your subscription will stay on hold until you’re ready to return
