How quickly will my order be dispatched after I place it?Updated a month ago

We dispatch all orders within 24 working hours of them being placed, provided the order is placed by 2 pm to meet our cut-off for next-day dispatch. 

As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive a notification with the shipping details. 

If your order is sent with an untracked delivery method, you’ll still receive a tracking reference, but it will only update once the order has been delivered. Please check our transit times to allow enough time for your order to arrive. 

If you’d like to track your order throughout its journey, you can upgrade to a tracked service or choose Safe.Post package protection at checkout, which also insures your order against loss.
