For some precious-metal orders, we may need to complete a routine identity verification before dispatch. This is a standard protective measure used across the industry and forms part of routine anti-money laundering (AML) requirements for precious metals. It's industry-standard requirement designed to protect customers and ensure orders are dispatched safely.

Not every order requires this step, but when it does, it’s simply part of our normal process.

If your order needs verification, we’ll email you with a secure link to complete the check online with our trusted partner, Ondato. The process is quick, fully online, and typically takes around one minute using a valid photo ID.

If you’d prefer not to complete the verification, that’s absolutely fine. In that case, we won’t be able to dispatch the order, and a full refund will be issued instead.
